Our House is Sold!

Yeah! It's true - our house has sold. God is truly amazing how He chooses to work. He surprised us with this one. In a truly crumby market, He provided not one, but TWO offers within just a few days. As we negotiated each offer, it became clear which one we should choose. A young Asian family with a 2-year old girl is purchasing our home. We've heard from our Realtor that this family is very excited to be buying our house. We have completed the inspection and are now packing, packing, packing! We close on December 19th. Pray that everything will go off without a hitch!

But, wait! God isn't done yet! With the sale of our house, the next logical step is to find a place to stay until we are ready to move to France. Well, God provided that as well! Within 4 days we had three offers of places where we could stay. Who would have guessed? Our dear friends, Mark and Nancy Ahrenholz moved back to the Chicago area in August, but their house which is located in Hugo has not sold. They have graciously offered to allow us to stay in their home until it sells or until we move to France. We are so thankful and excited! Once again, God has provided for our every need. He is, indeed good.
